Caprese salad for One Local Summer.

Tomato, still warm from the summer sun, from my backyard container.
Basil, from my herb container garden.
Fresh, local mozzarella (planning on making my own, but still need to collect the supplies. I may opt for a paneer version since I can easily collect the supplies for home-made paneer )
Kosher salt and olive oil.
